Hi, I’m Lauren. I am the founder and principal of LRT Advisory. I am naturally strategic and curious, and I’m energised by tackling complex problems, driving transformation and delivering outcomes. I enjoy fostering relationships built on collaboration, trust and genuine care for your team and your business.

I have over 25 years of professional experience across the private, public and not-for profit sectors, including extensive executive and leadership experience. I draw on this robust foundation of commercial acumen and analytical capability and combine it with a highly consultative and transparent approach to working with clients.

I am especially passionate about organisations and projects that contribute to sustainability and social impact. I actively seek out purpose-driven work that contributes to the health of our planet and supports communities to thrive, now and into the future.

I hold the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA)
  • Master of Environmental Management (MEnvMan)
